We are looking for a growing business headquartered in (or that can be managed from) South Florida. We seek a family or entrepreneur-owned firm, with a track record of profitability and success, where the owners aim to exit but don’t have a clear succession plan and want to make sure their business is in good hands.

Todd is the founder and Principal of Atlantic Avenue Capital. He oversees AAC’s day-to-day operations and acquisition strategy and will assume day-to-day leadership of the acquired business once the transaction has closed. Todd is supported by a group of advisors, professionals, entrepreneurs and investors with decades of experience acquiring and building successful businesses.
